1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

2. DELIVERY TIME
UK delivery: 5–8 business days from dispatch.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Flat rate £5.00 on all UK orders.

4. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International delivery will be added in the future.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES
- Lost or significantly delayed parcels: contact us at info@broncooclothing.co.uk with your order number.
- Damaged on arrival: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

6. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
We are not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Always check your delivery address before placing an order.
